My uncle is a former president of one of the biggest company in the nation. His company was selling different models of cars together with car accessories and parts. During one day of his working days, a big problem tested his skills being a leader.
Everybody thought that it was just a simple day. They will going to meet their customers, pleased the public to buy their products, account for their expenses and profit, and work for eight hours as part of their daily routine. One of the customers went in to their shop and said that he would going to buy a side mirror for his car. But this man declared hold-up and get one saleslady as his hostage. He asked money in exchange for the poor saleslady but fortunately, my uncle was there and talked calmly to the hostage taker. My uncle have pleased the hostage taker to take off the saleslady for the promise of giving the former scholarships for his children. Then the hostage taker listened and obey what my uncle have said and give up himself to the police.
Few are those people who can sacrifice their life for the convenince of others. That incident makes me proud of my uncle.
